Exchange Policy
Any purchased item can be exchanged within 15 Days of purchase. Process is given below

2. Send pictures and video of product along with original invoice through WhatsApp
3. Tag of product should be attached and uncut
After approval from MAHARA, product exchange can be executed, by two methods, as per customer convenience
- Home Exchange:
MAHARA Courier partner will replace item from your home with service charges of PKR 200-
- Self Dispatch:
Send the product with tags attached and packing material at our address with original invoice. We will dispatch required product after inspection of return product.

Note:
- Items already exchanged, are not applicable for exchange.
- Price at the time of purchase will be applicable
Return for a Refund:
Any purchased item can be returned within 15 Days of purchase. Process is given below

After approval from MAHARA, send the product with tags attached and packing material at our address with original invoice. We will provide refund after inspection of return product.
Payment will be refunded through any online funds transfer service customer wants.
Courier charges will be deducted from the invoice amount
